Okay so I have not been great about keeping up daily. However, I have a semi-good excuse. Between a major hail storm (broken windshield etc) and electrical issues my car has been in the shop off and on for a week now. I've been depending on my mom and neighbor to get me to and fro until the dealership gave me a loaner car. I hate my loaner car LOL! I did not think I was attached to my silly little car but apparently I am. Enough on that though back to what this is all really about.
I've not been so great diet wise lately. I've fudged alot here and there. Guess what? I've gained weight back and felt like poo. Yup, I said it. I said Poo LOL! It still amazes me when I realize how much my lack of energy, lack of focus, inability to set stress aside etc aren't due to just my work environment but to what goes in my body as well. I guess it's helpful to have the moments of weakness to show me how much better off I am not eating the chips, bread, pasta etc. It makes saying no so much easier.
Breakfast today: 1/4 almonds and a coffee with cream (not the best but I was on the run this morning and it was nuts or a muffin and the muffin just looked bad to me)
Lunch: bunless hamburger (grass fed buffalo to boot) and a garden salad
Dinner: TBD (will update once I figure out what I am eating tonight - but I am feeling like fish!)

Dinner was Grilled Tuna steak with a side dish of wilted spinach and sauteed mushrooms.
